I might be crazy, but I just have to put this out there:
why do guys keep intimate things that belonged to a former partner, in places that are easily accessible for the new girlfriend?
I'm not talking about the random book, or postcard, or CD or pizza dough that she might've left you, and you're not sure whether or not it was meant for you, or if you should try to give it back. Even though, items like those should be returned if the other person considers them to be their property.
OK, I'm talking about really intimate stuff, like underwear, birth control pills, feminine products, hair straighteners, etc. Stuff that YOU will never ever use... unless you're swinging that way if you know what I mean. And if you are into keeping them, um... then, is it too much to ask to put them away somewhere other than your bathroom cabinet, where I'm gonna look for bathroom tissue when you run out??
I don't know if it's just me, but from my experience, all the guys that I've been with long enough to feel comfortable leaving stuff at their place had (in their bathroom) one or more items I did not care to stumble upon. Actually, I did care, and I don't understand how they don't see why that could possibly bother someone. Am I crazy? I don't think so. I am not trying to negate your previous relationships, God no - I am grateful for previous relationships that have provided my current partner the opportunity to live and to learn. But I do have one small requirement - just bury the freaking skeletons already, used lubes and all!
